You may download and play our games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the platform where you obtained the game (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play).

You agree that you will not:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our games, except where explicitly allowed by law;
modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our games without our prior written permission;
use our games in any manner that is unlawful or violates the platform’s terms and policies.

3. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to our games, artwork, stories, code, logos, and other content are owned by Gusenits Games or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted to you.

4. User content and feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding our games, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to do so.

If, in the future, our games allow you to submit any content (for example, text or user-generated creations), you are solely responsible for such content and agree not to submit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing the rights of others.

Our website or games may link to or rely on services provided by third parties (such as app stores, analytics or crash reporting tools, or external websites). In any case, to the extent that liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the relevant game or Service.
